Each Course costs £30. Membership of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials is not mandatory but highly recommended if only for the free insurance cover. You should bear in mind that membership of ECB ACO is manadatory if you intend umpiring ECB controlled matches. Membership currently costs £20 per year.
