Sussex ACO acts as an umbrella organisation for the three Associations within Sussex. We represent local umpires and scorers on the Sussex Cricket Board, organise dates of training courses for umpires and scorers to ensure an even cover across the counties and organise a panel of umpires for County representative matches.
Annual General Meeting
As you are aware the Sussex Association of Cricket Officials was scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 19th April 2020, however due to the outbreak of COVID-19 this was not possible. In order to remain within the constitution and with the continuing situation with the Coronavirus pandemic the decision has been made for the AGM to take place virtually in a Zoom Meeting, therefore I hereby give notice of this meeting, which will be held on Thursday 30th July 2020 at 19:30. the link to join the meeting is below.
After the official business has taken place there will be an open floor for any member to put across their views or ask questions on the future of cricket/officiating under the current situation. If you would like to raise a specific question please ensure you email me before Thursday 23rd July 2020 in order that we can give a response at the meeting.
